Interview and hire store employees within the strict adherence of all state and federal laws.
Train new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
Provide customers with a positive experience that exceeds their expectation and inspires them to shop Dion C-Stores again and again.
Handle all customer complaints quickly and efficiently to assure customer satisfaction.
Insure sufficient stock is on-hand to satisfy customer satisfaction.
Prepare labor schedules in alignment with authorized hours.
Must be proficient at both Asst. Manager and Sales Associate position.
Coordination of daily operations to provide a controlled, organized environment at all times.
Be familiar with and follow all company policies and procedures.
Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
Complies with Loss prevention methods such as video review, sales discrepancies and employee behavior.
Manager must keep food safe at all times, food kept at required temperatures and within freshness timelines, and train all employees on properly managing safe food.
Know and follow all State alcohol and tobacco laws regarding sales.
Maintain a safe store environment; follow all safety policies and procedures, which include reporting all employee or customer incidents in a timely manner.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional image at all times (see dress code)
Maintain an adequate store inventory through proper ordering, pricing, security procedures and check- in/check-out of vendors.
Keep money secures at all times making sure that all employees know and follow cash control policies.
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Must be able to work all shifts any day.
