KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Order and maintain inventory control to assure maximum sales and goals.
  • Handle freight and store merchandise in appropriate storage areas
  • Maintain adequately filled shelves and proper product rotation
  • Maintain general housekeeping duties and sanitiation standards in freezers and on sales floor
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Set and strive to meet department goals
  • Understand and comply with all company, state, and federal regulations governing health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Perform inventory of the department
  • Make decisions to resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain positive contact with customers, associates, suppliers, and vendors
  • Work in areas that are frequently exposed to temperatures of freezers and storage areas.
