Closing Manager is responsible for all oversight of nightly store closing procedures. They ensure that service standards are met and that customer issues are resolved. They will train, supervise, oversee, and manage Front End associates and ensure that they comply with the operating policies and procedures of the Company. Closing Manager will maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards and customer service levels. They are responsible for Cashier productivity, cash balancing, checkout procedures, and the accurate reporting of sales, financial transactions and funds.

Duties:

 

Primary Closing duties, ordering, receiving, and verifying deliveries. In the Manager's absences the daily operational needs of the store. Oversee the readiness and standards for all departments. And other duties as assigned.
