Must be able to cut meat and break down,package and price meat for retail sale. You must keep your work area clean and all work must be done in sanitary way abiding by all state and local health department regulations.

Must be able to lift 60 lb boxs of product and stand for 6 to 8 hours per shift in cold enviroment.
