Overnight Baker

The Market in the Square is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Bakery department as an Overnight Baker.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce various baked goods by following set recipes and department standards
  • Mix, measure, cut, roll, press, proof, bake, fry, fill and frost bakery products as necessary
  • Maintain clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment
  • Ensure stocking and rotation of all bakery products and supplies
  • Utilize equipment, such as ovens, mixers, sheeters, fryers, scales, slicers and wrappers

Requirements:

  • Weekend, evening, and holiday work will be required; flexible store assignments and hours
