Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
- Supporting the Store Manager
- Running product orders once delivered and building displays to drive sales.
- Supervising and providing constructive feedback to employees.
- Interacting with customers to build rapport and solve complaints as needed
- Assisting Department Managers in resolving issues when the Store Manager is not in the building.
Qualifications:
- Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Flexibility and patience navigating scheduling changes and other issues which arise
- Being detail oriented and naturally aware of what is going on around you at all times
Requirements:
- Three to five years of supervising, POS, and cash handling experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, technology, and problem solving skills.
- Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped
