Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

  • Supporting the Store Manager
  • Running product orders once delivered and building displays to drive sales.
  • Supervising and providing constructive feedback to employees.
  • Interacting with customers to build rapport and solve complaints as needed
  • Assisting Department Managers in resolving issues when the Store Manager is not in the building.

Qualifications:

  • Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Flexibility and patience navigating scheduling changes and other issues which arise
  • Being detail oriented and naturally aware of what is going on around you at all times

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of supervising, POS, and cash handling experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, technology, and problem solving skills.
  • Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped
