• Effectively lead a team of office associates and cashiers to ensure seamless front-end operations and delegate tasks and responsibilities according to each team member's strengths and skills.

  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Have the ability to hear, speak, and understand English in order to respond promptly to pages for assistance, answer telephones, and communicate effectively with other store associates and customers. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Read, write, and interpret English proficiently to understand and follow company handbooks, policies, procedures, and other job-related documents posted on company notification boards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Be available for off-hour calls and report to work as needed outside of regularly scheduled working hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software to effectively complete job duties.

  • Cashier Familiarity: maintain the familiarity with the roles, procedures, functions, and controls for cashiers.
  • Ability to memorize and understand company policies, inventory control procedures, PLU codes, shipping and receiving procedures, check stand and keyboard operations, and product locations.
