H.F. Lenz Company has an opportunity for a Revit/CAD Drafter to support the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) building systems in Johnstown PA. This role will perform drafting, 3D modeling and design using Revit and AutoCAD applications for a diverse portfolio of projects and clients in the commercial, corporate and goverment market sectors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for design of mechanical, HVAC, plumping and fire protection systems for MEP projects.
Develop CAD drawings and Revit 3D models, diagrams and layouts.
Perform fundamental design tasks using Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam software applications.
Collaborate with engineering team members in cross-functional setting and collaborate to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations.
Apply basic knowledge of building codes, standards and other criteria in the development of project designs.
Perform field work during design and construction phases of projects, including documentation of existing conditions and site surveys.

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work overtime hours as necessary
- Ability to work under multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment for various clients and Principals
Requirements:
- Associates or Technical Degree in Engineering Technology, CADD or applicable field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in building system design, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office software applications is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
