Job Duties Include:

· Oversee the customer care team, including training

· Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

· Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service

· Train new employees

· Promote our customer loyalty program (AppCard)

Qualifications and Skills

· 5+ years of experience in customer service required

· 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

· Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must remain flexible with schedule

· Weekend work required
