H.F. Lenz Company, a nationally recognized engineering & design firm, is seeking a creative, client focused Marketing Representative in Johnstown, PA.   Working with multi-disciplined engineering teams, this position will be responsible for creative initiatives including writing and producing proposals, presentation design, branding materials, website content, communications, social media and other activities to market company and personnel achievements.

 Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams in proposal development.
  • Create and develop graphic designs for marketing materials, including brochures, resumes, presentations and other publications.
  • Maintain marketing database, project files and client contact information.
  • Develop company website content, social media platforms and other aspects of external and internal company relations.
  • Coordinate special projects and company related events as assigned, such as trade shows, career fairs, luncheons and other company promotional events.
  • Work collaboratively within the marketing department to develop and implement marketing/business development initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary.


  • • Ability to maintain and work under strict confidentiality.‎
  • • Ability to work under multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced office ‎environment for various clients and Principals.‎
  • • Ability to comprehend complex, technical information and demonstrate with graphics.‎
  • • Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.‎
  • • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. ‎
  • • Ability to work overtime hours as necessary.‎
  • • Occasional travel may be required.‎


  • • Minimum of AA Degree from two-year college or technical school is required; B.A. ‎Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field is highly ‎preferred.‎
  • • A minimum 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of ‎education and experience is required.‎
  • • Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel ‎and Adobe Suite is required.‎
  • • Experience working with attention to detail, technical writing, editing and ‎proofreading.‎
  • • Experience with social media platforms and marketing strategies.‎
  • • Demonstrated skills in graphic design, web design, photography and videography.‎
  • • Customer Relationship/CRM database experience is a plus.‎
