Primary Responsibilities:  

This position will be responsible for performing technical design layout and field construction observation of plumbing and fire protection systems for various Commercial, Industrial and Educational facilities.  The candidate will work closely with our design team to turn our client's needs and our engineer's ideas into reality utilizing AutoCAD and Revit modeling.   The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with professional engineering staff, conduct field studies, perform construction review and inspection, and interface with clients.

  • AA Degree with focus in Architectural Drafting / CAD Design or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in plumbing system and fire protection design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office software applications.
  • Knowledge of major plumbing codes, NFPA standards and specifications is required.
  • CPD certification or desire to obtain certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in attention to detail, analystics and problem solving.


  • Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet strict project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearances as necessary.
