Duties include general upkeep of office, minor repairs and coordinating specialized tasks like HVAC, electrical and plumbing work. This position also coordinates the company's fleet vehicles, including cleaning, maintenance, inspection and reporting. We are looking for driven High School Juniors or Seniors to join our newly formed ‎cooperative education program for Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD). ‎As a CADD Co-op you will learn routine drafting and design principles that require ‎application of basic tasks related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire ‎protection, civil and structural engineering. The primary function is to learn and ‎complete basic level drafting assignments by following set tasks, while operating ‎under close supervision. We seek a person with AutoCAD and Revit exposure, an ‎interest in engineering and a commitment to producing high quality work in an ‎environment that is highly team oriented.‎
