The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Manager is to provide exceptional customer service; and proactively engage with customers while seeking opportunities to delight them and create a memorable shopping experience. CSMs are responsible for demonstrating customer engagement behaviors which include greeting and acknowledging each customer; thanking them for shopping at our store; educating them on our products and services and offering these to them.

The grocery manager must have the ability and knowledge to maintain the grocery sales area and backroom area as directed by store management. This individual will supervise shelf stock ordering, stocking, and building of displays.
