Job Title: Meat Manager       Direct Supervisors: Store Manager, Meat Supervisor, Meat Director    A Meat Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service, oversees and is accountable for the operation of the meat department, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage in the meat department.

Cutting beef pork and chicken. Unloading trucks, putting smoked meats out. Working fresh meat counter. Cleaning shelves and meat departnment.
