The bakery clerk is responsible for producing, baking, filling, finishing, weighing, wrapping, and pricing. Must follow food safety guidelines and all company policies and procedures.

  • Mixes raw materials, follows recipes, and maintains product consistency.
  • Follows regular cleaning schedule for equipment and cases.
  • Is totally familiar with equipment and operates (if applicable) bread slicers, proofers, scales, fryers, mixers, and ovens.
  • Is totally familiar with weights and measures standards and the proper use of container and packaging materials.
