Responsible for ordering, pricing, sanitation, supervising employees, training of new employees, merchandising of the bakery case, gross profit, payroll, scheduling, and sales.  Responsible for implementing and coordinating plans to achieve the objectives of the deli/bakery department through direction and maintenance of customer relations, proper department operations and the supervision of employees.  

Qualifications:

  • 3 years food service or retail Bakery/Deli Management
