1. Observe all store rules and company policies.

2.Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.

3. Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous Exceptional Service.

4. Observe shift operating hours at all times as scheduled by department manager.

5. Follow approved procedures for receiving, weighing, and breaking down meat products.

6. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control

7. Assist in controlling department expenses.

8. Carry out merchandising plans for department outlined by management.

9. Assist in planned program of maintenance on cases, coolers, freezers.

10. Price and display product in cases as directed by management.

11. Assist in wrapping and labeling product as required.

12. Assist in checking and verifying meat department deliveries when required.

13. Take products to refrigerated storage and freezers, shelf and display areas.

14. Comply with safety policies and procedures.

15. Observe security standards by staying alert and being aware of customer actions and behavior; report to management any irregularities.

16. Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and health regulations.

17. Use and maintain equipment in good working order.

18. Able to read and write.

19. Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

20. Be fully knowledgeable and familiar with all cuts and types of meat products.

21. Able to exert or lift up to 150 pounds.

22. Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
