• Maintains a consistent  presence at at the self checkout area when not assisting customers.
  • Invite customers to use self-checkout lanes or other registers to help prevent lines and offer prompt help.
  • Resolves any needs or concerns of customers with accuracy and  accurately and sense of urgency.
  • Assist customers in scanning large items in shopping carts. 
  • Maintains a clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures. Complies with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for adhering to all local, state, and federal laws regarding sales of restricted items such as tobacco.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a self scan customer service role.
  • Meet NYS alcohol requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task and engage in a fast paced environment.
